| Hey guys, I had some questions over on 3ZC and received a couple phone calls about what it is that Ash does to the turbo housings to install the V-2 Turbo Inlet pipes we've developed so I took a couple pictures to show what exactly it is he does. Most flanges that are already on the turbo housing has an opening of 2.25". The idea with the V-2's is obviously to open everything up to 2.5" so what he does is cut the existing flange from the housing, welds on a flange with an opening of 2.375" I.D. (Same as the 2.5" Piping kit) then machines a smooth transition from the inner lip of the turbo housing to the flange. The pictures show what I'm trying to explain.
